We are thrilled to announce the extraordinary accomplishment of one of our talented students, Joe Brighton from Year 12, whose artwork has been selected to be displayed at The Royal Academy of Arts' prestigious Young Artist's Summer Show.
The Royal Academy of Arts, nestled in the heart of Piccadilly, London, stands as a beacon of artistic excellence, boasting a rich history spanning over 250 years. Renowned for hosting major exhibitions by both historic and contemporary artists, including the iconic Summer Show, the Royal Academy of Arts holds a special place in the global art community.
Joe's remarkable achievement comes as his artwork caught the discerning eye of the Royal Academy's panel of judges, amidst a staggering 21,500 submissions. His selection for the Young Artists’ Summer Show exhibition is a testament to his exceptional talent and dedication to his craft.
The Young Artists’ Summer Show, now in its sixth year, serves as a platform for budding artists aged 4–19 across the UK to showcase their creative prowess.
