CAFOD Big Lent Walk - Pilgrims of Hope

As we continue our journey through this special Jubilee Year, our next fundraising event reflects the theme ‘Pilgrims of Hope’. On Friday 28 March, students and staff will take part in the Big Lent Walk at school, stepping forward in solidarity to raise money for CAFOD.

Each participant will walk one mile in laps around the schools football pitch, uniting in a shared effort to support those in need. As a school community, we are aiming to raise £500, helping CAFOD provide vital support to communities facing poverty, conflict, and the effects of climate change. By walking and fundraising, we are putting our faith into action — living out our school motto, Labora Cum Amore (Work with Love) — and showing compassion for our global neighbours.

We invite our entire school community — students, staff, and families — to support this cause by sponsoring our walkers or even joining in the challenge from home. Every donation, big or small, will help us reach our target and bring hope to those in need around the world.
