Form Time
St Simon Stock Catholic School is committed to providing an education that ensures all students succeed and make the best of the opportunities and experiences available to them. Our core principles during Form Time are to ensure that the educational, spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of our students is developed and supported.
Form Time Vision
We believe that students engage fully and reach their maximum potential when the environment is both consistent, caring and orderly, so the daily Form period serves as an important time of the school day, when many aspects of school life are pulled together and focused upon. This is through the students Form Tutor mentoring, supporting and teaching the students within their care.
Form Time Purpose
Form Time occurs once a day, from 8.45 am until 9.10 am

- Mentoring, Reflecting and Monitoring
- Taking Stock: This includes reflecting on news articles, awareness days, art and careers.
- The Development of Core Skills
- Daily prayer: This includes saying together school prayers, including the prayer to St Simon Stock and the House Prayer
