Sixth Formers Explore Future Pathways at Apprenticeship Fair

On Friday, 21 March, our Sixth Form students had the invaluable opportunity to attend the Apprenticeship Fair at the Leisure Centre in Mote Park. This event provided them with a chance to explore a range of career opportunities and alternative routes beyond traditional university pathways.

Throughout the morning, students engaged with a variety of exhibitors, including apprenticeship providers, local businesses, and higher education representatives. They asked insightful questions, gathered essential information, and broadened their understanding of the diverse options available to them for their post-18 journey.

The fair was a fantastic opportunity for our students to network with industry professionals, gain first-hand insights into different career paths, and consider how apprenticeships might align with their skills and aspirations. Following an enriching and informative morning, they returned to school after lunch, inspired and equipped with valuable knowledge to help shape their future decisions.

As a school, we are committed to providing our students with the guidance and experiences needed to make informed choices about their futures. Events like this reaffirm our dedication to preparing them for the next steps in their education and careers in whatever path they choose.
